While OneTeam doesn’t form official partnerships with schools, we are ready at a moment’s notice to work with you to educate your athletes on group licensing, present opportunities to them, and onboard them with our non-exclusive group licensing agreement (GLA)….all streamlined through the COMPASS NIL app!
OneTeam is currently working with over 100 schools to bring co-branded NIL product to market with a variety of licensees. Our approach to working with schools is, to an extent, driven by licensee demand. If we don’t currently have an opportunity available to the athletes at your school, we’re happy to talk to our existing licensees about products to market on your school’s behalf or make introductions to licensees that you’d like to see bring co-branded NIL products to market for your school.
Our process is pretty straight forward:
- Licensees work with Universities (or their agent) to approve licenses and artwork
- OneTeam works with your athletes to get them opted-in to an NIL group licensing deal
- OneTeam approves artwork on behalf of athletes
- OneTeam collects royalties from the licensee to pay athletes, all through one app
